Secret of Monkey Island
Part 2 - The Journey
In the Captain's cablin, pick up the ink and the pen. Open the drawer in the desk and look at the contents. Look at the book once you have picked it up. Next go outside and up the mast; pick up the jolly rodger.
Next, go down the hatch into the hold and through the door. Open the cupboard, take out a box of cereal and open it. Pick up the pot as well. Go back to the Captain's cabin and use the 'prize' in the cabinet on the right. Remove the box and get the cinnamon sticks and the recipe from it.
Go back down the hatch, then down into the hold. Open the kegs on the left and take some gunpowder. Pick up the rope draped over the kegs at the bottom of the screen and open the red chest next to them and take some of the fine wine.
In the kitchen, use the cinnamon sticks, the wine, the jolly rodger, the ink, the rubber chicken, the breath mints, the cereal, the small key and the gun powder. After adding the last ingredient, you should get knocked out and find yourself at Monkey Island™ (and that's the only time I am doing that; it gets dull after a while...).
Use the business cards and anything else combustable in the fire below the pot and go back into the hold to get some more gunpowder. Now go on deck to the cannon and use the gunpowder with the nozzle of the cannon and the rope with the cannon itself. Use the flaming mass on the fuse, and use the pot. Guybrush will do the rest...
