Part 3 - Under Monkey Island

After you pick yourself out of the sand, pick up the banana and go into the jungle. Head WNW and go to the fort on the north side of the volcano type thing. Pick up the rope and the spyglass. Open the spyglass to get the lens from it. Now push the cannon and pick up the gun powder and cannon ball.

Now head east and go to the river fork. Pick up the note and the note-worthy rock. Use the gun powder in the dam and use the lens on it. While you are here, go up the footholds and look at the catapult. Pushing or pulling changes the aim. Go up the other footholds, and push the rock that is lying there. Pick up one of the rocks from the pile to replace it. Keep pushing or pulling until the rock hits the banana tree on the south beach.

Go to the pond at the end of the newly formed river bed, and pick up the rope. Now go to the crack just north of the south beach where you landed and use the rope on the tree (well brach, in the end) and then on the sturdy stump part way down. At the bottom, get the oars and climb back up.

Use the oars with the boat on the south beach and row to the beach in the north of the island. In the Cannibals village, pick up the bananas from the bowl then talk to the Cannibals. In the cell, pick up the skull and then the board under the skull to escape. Now row back to the south beach and give all the bananas you have to the monkey just north of the beach (the grey blob moving about in the jungle). He will follow you about now.

Go to the clearing with the big monkey head and pull the 2nd nose on the far away totem. As you walk to the gate, it closes, but the monkey copies you and it opens again. Go in and pick up the wimpy idol.

Row back round to the village, and offer them the idol when they capture you again. Now you can grab the banana pickers from the cell. Give them to Herman when he enters the village, he gives you the monkey head key. Leave the village, then go back in. The cannibals will ask if you have thought of anything they can give you. When you get the chance, give them the navigation leafleat in return for the head of the navigator. Now go back to the clearing.

Use the key in the monkey's ear and enter the head. Go through the first few screens until you enter the labyrinth. Use the head and he will face the direction you have to go. Eventually you will come out at Le Chuck's ghost ship. Chat with the head and threaten to punt him in the lava; he will give you the necklace and you use it.

Once on the ship, go to Le Chuck's cabin (the door on the left) and use the compass on the key on the wall. Now go down the hatch and through the door. Pick up the chickens and get a feather. Go back into the sleeping quarters and use the feather twice on the pirates feet. Pick up the grog. Back in the chicken room, use the key on the locked hatch in the floor and go down.

Use the grog in the rat's bowl and get some of the greese. Back up on deck, use the greese on the sqeeky door (the one on the right) and get the tools from next to the sleeping guard. Use the tools to open the box that the voodoo anti-root is in and nab it. Head back out the cave to the cannibals village.

After you get the potion, you end up back in the cave. Chat to Bob, the only ghost pirate left, and find out where the ship has gone. When Herman comes along, nab a lift back to Mêlée Island with him.
