Part IV - The Bartender, The Thieves, Their Aunt and Her Lover
Pick up the bottle in the sand and
pull the cork out (use your teeth), then talk to Haggis and find out
he needs tar for the ship. Go on to the island and go to the windmill
on the far side of the island and pick up a pepper.
Now go to the cemetery and on through to the stonemasons shack. Pick
up the chisel and the mallet the give the dog the biscuit and pick up
the old hair.
Head up to the Hotel and talk to Madame Xima and get her to read your
fortune. When she deals the death card, pick it up and do that another
4 times. Open the door next to the neon sign, pick up the magnet from
the fridge and use the chisel on the cheese. Go to the bar and pick
up the cushion and recipe book (next to the pickles). Outside the hotel,
use the cheese in the cooking pot and head up to the strange lights.
Once you are in the village, pick up the tofu, auger and mug and use the auger on the tofu. Go through the arch up to the volcano and use the tofu mask. Once up at the volcano, use the cheese in the lava.
Go down to the hotel again and pick up the cheese in the cooking pot and Guybrush will take it to Haggis (only if you talked to Haggis about the tar). Pick up the hand lotion.
Now go to the beach and use the cushion on the rocks then use the mallet on the rubber tree - pick up the egg and head up to the Hotel again. Give Goodsoup the egg, the pepper and the hair of the dog. You can now pick the jar up of the table. Talk to Goodsoup and ask for a drink with an umbrella in it. Use the chisel on the Head-B-Clear and use that in a drink that Goodsoup gives you and drink it.
Use the chisel on the coffin lid then on the other coffin. Talk to Stan then pick up the nails from your coffin. Head up to the windmill again and use the umbrella on the blades. Use the measuring jug on the barrel. Go back to Stan's once he has set up and give him the gold tooth as collateral for an insurance policy.
Back in the Hotel, go upstairs and through the first door. Use the mallet on the nail in the wall and pick up the picture from the hall. Use the scissors on the picture and pick up the nail from the floor. Use the portrait on the window of the first door. With Stan's business card, jimme the lock of the second door and go in. Pull the bed down, use both sets of nails on the bed and pick up the book from the corpse. Go down stairs and use the picture with the mirror. Talk to Goodsoup and try to convince him you are a Goodsoup too. After he tells you about the gallery, go up the stairs, through the first door and look through the window. Talk to Goodsoup again about the Goodsoup family and he will agree you are a Goodsoup, asking again will get Guybrush to read from the family history and at last he is convinced. Get another drink, spike it and drink it. Once you are in the tomb, go to the far side and pick up the crowbar and Murray when he drops from the ceiling. Use the paste on the skeleton arm, look through the crack and use the arm on the lantern. Back on the other side, use Murray with the lantern and leave the crypt.
Go to the hotel, into the room with the big cheese and pick up the death certificate. Go upstairs and use the crowbar on the boarded hole then on the bed. In the crypt, pick up the empty engagement band. Go into Stan's and give him the death certificate and get a lot of money.
Now head to the clearing with Elaine and use the chisel on the lid of the jar and use the jar on the stump, then use the lid on the jar. Go up to the lighthouse and use the mirror with the lighthouse mirror and use the fireflies with the lamp stand.
The Welshman will now be down at the beach. Use the magnet on the pin and use the pin in the cork. Fill the measuring jug up with seawater and use the cork/pin in the jug. Give the compass to the Welshman and go to Skull Island. Talk to the winch man and get him to lower you down. Use the umbrella to control your decent when you fall. Challenge the pirates to a game of poker using some of the money to join the game. When they deal you a hand, swap that with the death tarot cards.
Back on Blood Island, use the hand lotion on the ring and remove it. Use the uncursed diamond in the empty band and use it on Elaine.
